Sub: Discount on Hase Freight Rate for Indented Parcel Trains LVPH (LHB Parcel Vans).

Ref Freight Marketing Circular No. 2) of 2020, issued vide letter of even dated 14.10.2020

Vide Freight Marketing Circular No. 21 of 2020, instructions were issued for grantof हैक discount on Base Freight Rate of P-scale on Indented Parcel Trains if twenty-four Parcel Vans plus Brake-van are indented for and loaded in a single Parce! train.

2. In continuation of the same, Ministry of Railways have decided that in case of LVPH (LAB Parcel Vans), the discount of जिद on Base Freight of P-scabe shall be granted if twenty- three (23) Parcel Van plus Guard-wan(s) arc ‘indented for and loaded’ in a single Parcel पाया,

3. Other terms and condition, as mentioned in Freight Marketing Circular No. 21 of D020, shall remain applicable

4. This issues in consultation with Coaching Directorate, and with the concurrence of Finance
