In reference of above, it is clarified that there shall be no dynamic fare for the parcel and luggage booking in Premium trains, only normal parcel and Luggage fare as -per categorization of the train as per FM circular no. 15 of 2014 have to be charged.

1.0 In reference of above, it is advised that the Freight Marketing Circular no. 13 of 2008 alongwith Freight Marketing Circular no. 24 of 2013 and note of para 2.2 of explanatory notes of parcel Table effective from 01.10 2013 may be followed as regards charging of parcel and luggage in Premium trains on dynamic pricing

2. This disposes off the letter no. C.206/Parcel/Rationalisation/14-15/SWR dt. 30.06.14 of S.W. Railway. हि

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways

4. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned immediately.
