(iii) Freight Marketing Circular No. 13 of 2020 issued vide letter No. 2016/TC(FM)/ 18/16/Pt dated 18.08.2020 Please refer to Board’s letters under reference whereby Policies on PFT and Private Sidings respectively, were issued. 1. The limit on number of co-users in a Private Siding has been withdrawn vide FM circular No. 13 of 2020 under reference (iii). With a view to bring parity in both the policies, the following para of PFT Master Circular PFT/2020/0 stands amended as under:- Revised provision Existing provision 8.2.2. In addition to on-line application, 8.2.2. Twenty Thousand (Rs. 20,000) in favour of PFA of the concerned zonal railway as non-refundable application fee, only for Greenfield PFT proposals. (In case of proposals of existing Private Sidings for conversion to Brownfield PFT, no application fee is to be paid).
