Sub:- Transportation of fruits and vegetables including Mango traffic and other mixed perishable goods traffic. in Parcel rakes.

‘Ref- Board’s Freight Marketing Circular No. 05-of 2017 dated 31.03.2017.

In continuation of the above FM Circular, Ministry of Railways. have further decided, as a special case, to allow transportation of mixed perishable goods traffic like;

dairy products and eggs, meat, poultry, seafood, cooked food and other perishable items as defined by CCMs of the Zonal Railways, in Parcel rakes on the same terms

~ and conditions as are presently applicable for transportation of fruits and vegetables.

2. These instructions will take immediate effect and will remain applicabie till 31.03.2018...

3. Zonal Railways shall undertake review of the benefits of delegation of powers in respect of the traffic mentioned above and shall senda report to this Office to decide its

further extension/otherwise

4. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned immediately.

5. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of
