Ref: Western Rly.’s letter No.E(Pass)768/63 Vol. dt. 4.6.2003.

Employees with a pay scale the minimum of which is Rs.6500/- or above are eligible for grant of First Class Pass in terms of Board's letter No.

E(W)97PS5-1/62 dated 01.02.1999. There is no maximum limit in this scale.

Thus Railway employees, whose minimum pay scale becomes Rs.6500/- after adding 30% running allowance, are eligible for grant of First Class Pass. Reply
