Issued by guard before incurring any charge.

# Procedure
The passenger along with ‘Passenger’ foil handed over to T.T.E /S.M. at next station.
The certificate will be exchanged for a ticket on collection of charges due.
No excess charges
The E.F.T. No. noted down in  ‘accounts’ and ‘record’ foils of the  Guard’s certificate.
The  Guard’s certificate No. mentioned in E.F.T.

The guard to ensure that dues are recovered from the  passenger.
Guard should not collect money from passenger.
‘Accounts foils’ submitted to accounts
Guard Certificate not issued at destination.

Packages must be properly stacked inside the luggage compartment so that they do not shift in transit.
Loading- geographical order.
Heavy packages should not be placed on light articles.
 No Rough handling

Provide adequate space between roof & Top layer of the parcels
