Ref वि Freight Marketing Circular Nota of 2019 dated 24.05.2019, (ii) Freight marketing Circular No.l4 of 2019 dated 07.06.2019, oem In continuation of instructions contained in Board's above referred Circulars, Ministry of allways have decided as under: (i) Exemption from 100% weighment, subject to random 20% weighment, of perishable items [including Mango, Banana and Orange traffic) transported in all types of parcel rakes comprising of parce) vans (VPU/VPH/VP ete.) (ii) Punitive charges for overloading beyond the carrying capacity of all types of parcel rakes comprising of parcel vans (VPU/VPH/¥P ete.) for transportation ofall perishables (ineluding Mango, Banana and Orange traffic) shall be @R- Scale plus 710,000/-, instead of 6 times of R-Scale plus 710,000, (i) Mango, banana and Orange traffle transported in PCN /BCK/PONA/BRCN ANS wagons on concessional parcel scale rates shall also be exempted from 10006 welghment, subject to random 20% weighment and punitive charges for overloading, if any, shall also be @0R-Scale plus 710,000/-, Instead of 6 times of R-Seale plus 710,000, 2. Otiver terms and conditions shall remain the same. 4, These Instructions shall be effective with immediate effect. 4.
