Please refer to Para 9.1.3 of Rates Circular under reference which stipulates that Zonal Railways shall take action to modify the existing

tripartite e-payment agreement to cover WRF also so that WRF can be debited and credited trom and to customer's e-payment account,

It is requested to Zonal Railways to expedite the process of modifying existing e-payment agreements to cover WRE as per extant guidelines;
