A committee was constituted in Board to recommend policies and conditions for e-
Auction of commercial earning and NFR contracts. The Report submitted by the Committee
has been accepted by Board. It has been decided to launch a pilot project on the basis of
recommendations in the said Report. Detailed policy guidelines fore-Auction of commercial
earning and NFR contracts will be prepared and issued subsequently on the basis of feedback
and experience gained in the pilot project. Accordingly, the following 11 Divisions have
been identified for carrying out the pilot project phase.
1. CR - Mumbai
2. ER - Asansol
3. NR- Delhi
4. NR- Lucknow
5. NER - Lucknow
6. NER - Varanasi
7. SR- Chennai
8. SCR - Secunderabad
9. SER - Chakradharpur
10. SWR- Bengaluru
11. WR - Ahmedabad

The policy modifications to facilitate e-Auction of Commercial Earning and NFR
contracts, and the Standard Conditions of such contracts awarded through e-Auction,
recommended by the Committee, are enclosed herewith.
