Sub: Delegation of powers to the Zonal Railways to decide for the applicability of 10 Kg. tolerance limit only for Thermocol Boxes loaded with fish.

REF: (i) Board’s Freight Marketing Circulars No. 12 of 2007 dated 30.03.201t7and No. 05 of 2008 dated 31.03.3008

(ii) SCR's letter No. 'C.285/Mktg/Gen/Misc/2016 dated 06.02.2017.

In order to attract additional fish traffic and to augment parcel/luggage traffic on

“= fidian’ Railways, it has been decided to delegate powers to Principal Chief

Commercial Managers to decide for the applicability of 10 Kg. tolerance limit only for Thermocol Boxes loaded with fish

2, Other terms and conditions for booking of fish will remain the same.

3. These instructions shal! be effective from 15.04.2018,
