Honesty or truthfulness is a face of moral character
that connotes positive and virtuous attributes such
as integrity, truthfulness, straightforwardness,
including straightforwardness of conduct, along
with the absence of lying, cheating, theft, etc.
Honesty also involves being trustworthy, loyal, fair,
and sincere to the organization.

India is a developing country with most of the
population below poverty line. Railway Employees
are blessed ones who have better salary, neatly
framed rules and regulations to safeguard their
interests,
better
career
advancement
and
challenging job environment. Many of our brothers

meet the deadlines with half of the salary what a

Railwayman
itself
should

sense
of
responsibility and a sense of duty. Honesty in
attending duty on time, performing the duties to the
entire satisfaction of self ( not administration)
treating all Railway men as family members and
attending to their concerns quickly will bring a
positive environment in
workplace and
that
positivity carries over to our families.

Be Prompt, Be Honest always at the service of
Nation.
