It improves efficiency and accountability by maintaining an audit trail of all activities within the system. File Movement & Tracking Manual File tracking application tracks movement of manual files. It is widely used in all the departments of SECR. It has option to make entry of files which have been received or sent. It helps user in tracking file status and its current location. It has a search engine which facilitates the user to search any file by providing different search parameters. There are a number of reports in the application which enable the administration in evaluation of department's performance. Manual File Tracking System Leave module takes care of leave related processes for all the employees of SECR.
