In this connection, format in which the ‘progress of works related to Staff Welfare under Plan Head 51 and 52 - Role of Personnel Department’ against Agenda Item No.8 is to be furnished is enclosed. All Zonal Railways/PUs, etc. are requested to furnish the information in respect of the Plan Head 51 (Staff Quarters) and 52 (Staff Amenities) separately in 10 copies each latest by 14th August, 2008 through special messenger. The information may be prepared in ‘MS Excel’ format and a soft copy may also be sent simultaneously. ,.
