Sub: Computerisation of Complaints ~CRM Project.

Rail net is not working at most of the places. You are requested to get
in touch with your Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer and get the same
operationalised. A letter sent to CS&TE from Telecom Directorate of
Railway Board is enclosed herewith.

Railnet accounts opened for CCM/PSs, Sr. DCMs,
Dy.SS/Commercial is also enclosed herewith. Kindly get all these
operationalised in consultation with CS&TE. A compliance report may
please be sent so that CRB can be apprised.

Sub.: Implementation of application software for complaints.

‘Traffic Commercial Directorate of Railway Board has
developed a Customer Complaint related Application Software which
runs ori Railnet. The name of the site is crm-railnet.gov.in through
which complaints can be lodged, which can then be accessed by the

respective Zonal Railway and Railway Board for taking rectification
action. :

2. CCM(G)s are coordinating the implementation of the
application software in the zonal railways. A list of the locations of your

railway from where the application software is to be accessed is
enclosed. |

3. You are, therefore, requested to extend the necessary support
for providing connectivity so that the above referred application software
could be accessed from designated locations.
