Please refer to this Office letter No.99/TG.1/20/P dated 21.4.1999 (Commercial Circular No.6 of 1999) wherein a detailed policy on reservation of berths/seats was circulated to all Zonal Railways. Further, in some trains, the roadside quota of one station has been defined in different coaches, There may be other such cases. One of the exdmple is 2627 ‘Karnataka Express. , दे The matter has, thereforey been reviewed’in tis Office and it bas been decided that a review of various types of reservation quotas allotted in different coaches of the train should be done. train-wise and wherever. such discrepancies are’ noticed, the same should. be removed under intimation to this Office. ं Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter.
