(Commercial Circular No. 92 of 2002) Sub: Grant of HOR facility to Chief Minister, Ministers, | Ministers of State and Chief Secretary of Uttranchal Government. . Government of Uttranchal have intimated that as per Section 86 of Government of India’s Act No. 29/2000(Re- constitution of Uttar Pradesh) Act. 2000, the Uttar Pradesh Ministers (Pay, Allowance and Mise Provision) Act 1981 and Uttar Pradesh Ministers (Travelling Allowance) Act 1997 Rules made thereunder will be applicable to the Government of Uttranchal (copy enclosed). Hence the High Official Requisition (HOR) facilities extended to the Chief Minister, Cabinet Ministers, Ministers of State and Chief Secretary ¢tc. of Uttranchal will be same as admissible to their counterpart in the State of Uttar Pradesh. Ministry of Railways, therefore, desire that the Chief Minister, Ministers/Ministers of State and Chief Secretary of Uttranchal may be permitted to avail the same accommodation as has been allowed to the Chief Minister, Ministers/Ministers of State of Uttar Pradesh while travelling on HOR. Necessary debits for the journeys undertaken will be raised against the heads mentioned in para 4 of the Secretary, Uttranchal’s letter No. 728/transport/2002 dated 29.9.2002 (copy enclosed). ve d/= —-2G by -2.
