25, Part | (४०.0 wherein it has, inter-alia, been mentioned that "For keeping a
track of Kms travelled, an additional slip may be placed at the end of the
coupon book which shail be filled up by the ooking Clerk while issuing the
ticket.” Ministry of Railways have decided that the following seven colurnns
may be printed on this slip viz. (1) ticket No. (2) PNR No. (3) from Station (4) to
Station (5) distance (6) cumulative distance and (7) Seal & signature of the
booking clerk (.) Zonal Railways must Cnsuéthat the above columns are
_ printed in the slip whenever the new lot of coupon books is printed (.) Booking
clerks may be strictly advised to fill in the above particulars of ticket in this slip
