Sub: Computerisation of complaints ~ maintenance of PCs.
As per MR’s orders when the complaint handling system was started in all Zonal
Railways and all the divisions and at 150 A class stations. It is reported that at most of
the places either PCs are not working or Annual Maintenance Contract has not been
entered because this they have stopped working. There was a problem of software which
was developed by NIC was not found to be user friendly. Now the new software has
been developed by CRIS and a server has been enabled in CRIS premises. The name of
the site is www.crm.railnet.gov.in or 10.17.2.75
You are requested to take following action:- .

1. Get all the PCs rectified. दे
2. immediately Annual Maintenance Contracts for PCs should be entered
into. ...
3. On above address, the complaints should be fed into the system along with
the station deficiencies and train deficiencies.
wr 4 Sr.DCMs should personally monitor the pending complaints as well as
ra station and train deficiencies and interact with their counter parts for
rectifying the deficiencies on urgent basis.

gn’ A compliance report in respect of each of the stations and each division of Zonal

Railway is required to be sent so that the same could be put up to Board.
