In relaxation of rules contained in IRCA Ccaching Tariff No. 25 Pt.1 (Vol-1), Ministry of Railways have decided to extend the facility of concessional Rail Travel Coupon books to the Press Correspondents accredited to the Headquarters of Machilipatnam District of Andhra Pradesh and residing in Vijayawada, which is more than 25 Kms from the District Headquarters (.) The tickets shall be issued subject to the terms & conditions appearing in different clauses of Rule 244 of above mentioned Tariff (.) This _ facility has been extended on ad-hoc basis as a very special case and should not be treated as a precedent for any other case (.)
