These instructioqs were kept under abey~ce vidcrBoatd's letter ofcven number dated 28/0412006(CommercialCirculir No.37 of2006). The matter has been further reviewed and it has been decided that instructions contained in para - 2 of Board's letter dattxi 18/0712005 referred to above regarding earmarking of accommodation for RPF/GRP would remain intact. For ready reference the position is reproduced below: - , "As regards, RPF/GRP/escortingstaff, one side lower berth may be eannarkedin sleeperclasscoachin the entiretrain in whichthis staffis travelling. To make it clearer,if the train is beingescortedby GRP,.one berth will be eannarkedfor GRPand in case the train is escortedby RPF, one berth in sleeper class will be earmarked for RPF. In case no RPF/GRPis escortingthe train,no accommodationwill be earmarkedfor them." The accommodationwould be earmarked by CCMs of zonal railwayson receiptof referencesfrom Chief SecurityCommissioner. For returndirectionsCCMof concernedzonalrailwaywillbe infonned. 1-W (~ r (H. V.
