REF: Commercial circulars no. 68 of 2017 and 27 of 2018 dated 09.10.2017 & 09.05.2018 respectively In continuation of above instructions Ministry of Railways have decided that the currency of above instructions regarding Discounted fare in Shatabdi train 12042 New Jalpaiguri-Howrah Express over New Jalpaiguri-Malda Town section shall be extended for another period of one year i.e. upto 13.11.2019. 2. Zonal Railway may send a report on the working of the above scheme to Board by 10.10.2019 to further review of the above schemes. 3.
