(Commercial Circular No. 61 of 2012) Sub: Issue of mew series of Identity Cards to Members and their Spouses of Fifteenth Lok Sabha Please find enclosed a copy of Office Memorandum No. 3/2/2012-PN dated 25.09.2012 received from the Director Lok Sabha Secretariat (Parliamentary Notice Office), Parliament House, New Dethi alongwith its enclosures on the subject quoted above wherein it has been inter-alia advised that i. The duplicate identity cards issued to the Members of Parliament/their spouses in lieu of their lost/damaged/misplaced identity cards as indicated in the enclosures - may be treated as cancelled as they have been ‘gsued new identity cards with their original identity card numbers. ii. Those Members of Parliament who have not yet got prepared/issued their new identity cards may be allowed to use their old identity cards till 31.05.2014. 2.
