Sup:
Charging of fare for trains being run with lie-over rake of Garib Rath trains.
It has come to the notice of Board that in certain cases, n~w trains have been
introduced using lie over rakes of Garib Rath Trains but are being charged as per nonnal
MaillExpress fare structure.

The matter has been' examined in Board. Since the fare of Gaiib Rath Trains is
substantially less that the corresponding classes of nonnal MaillExpress trains, it has been
decided that:-
(i) trains being run or proposed to l?erun with lie over rakes of Garib Rath Trains
may be categorised as Gari~ Rath Trains; &
(ii) the fare of such trains may be charged on the basis of Garib Rath Fare Structure.'

It is further advised that this change in fare may be applied from the first date of
