CMD/CRIS, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi. Sub :- Supply of 500 ml Rail Neer on all Shatabdi Trains. Ref :- (1) Board’s Commercial Circular No. 22 of 2012. (i) Board’s Commercial Circular No. 32 of 2014. (Commercial Circular No. § 3 of 2019) Please refer to Commercial Circular No. 22 of 2012 vide which instructions were issued to provide Rail Neer Packaged Drinking Water bottles of 500 ml in all those Shatabdi Trains having journey time upto 5 Hrs. In order to prevent wastage of precious water, the existing instructions have been reviewed and following has been decided by the Competent Authority:- a) Henceforth, one Rail Neer Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) bottles of 500 ml shall be served to passengers across all Shatabdi trains irrespective of the journey time. b) Reimbursement shall accordingly be made for 500 ml.
