In view of increase in the cost of Smart Card on account of its upgradation from lK to 4K, the matter has been reviewed and it has been decided that this security deposit should be revised to ~50/- (one time) which can be topped up with the fare in the multiple ~50/- up to the maximum limit of ~1000/- with 5% concession on ticket portion. This concession will, however, not be applicable in case of issue/renewal of seasontickets. 3.
