GOVERNMENT OF INDIA (BHARAT SARKAR) MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAIL MANTRALAYA) (RAILWAY BOARD) NO.2004/TGI/10/P/PPM New Delhi, 23.12.2004 The Chief Commercial Managers All Zonal Railways. (COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO.50/2004) Sub: Passenger Profile Management Scheme. Ministry of Railways have decided that the Passenger Profile Management Scheme will be launched in all Zona! Railways with immediate effect. Zonal Railway will establish Passenger Profile Management centres and start analysing the profile of passengers. Details of the scheme are enclosed in the following four annexures:- Annexure-I: Introduction of Passenger Profile Management. Annexure-Il: Passenger Profile Management Project details. Annexure-Ill: Report format of Passenger Profile Management - Data warehousing project. Annexure-IV: Format of information to be maintained and sent to Railway Board. Zonal railways will ensure that the Passenger Profile Management centres start functioning immediately and send the first report with analysis of one train by 01/01/2005.
