In continuation 
to Board's letter of even no. dated. 25.05.2A10 
( Comml Cir. No. 26 of
2010) Board have considered 
the issue of catering charges of non-AC Sleeper/non 
- AC Chair car and
provision of 7%o cushion non-AC sleeper charges in order to provide extra services in case of late
running/diversion 
etc., as provided in Board's letter No.201llTGJIIl63l8 dated27.05.2011, 
the
following modifications 
are issued :-

The cushion charges for sleeper/ non-AC Class is to be retained by Railways and only the
catering charges and the Service Tax needs to be passed on to the IRCTC as per Board's letter of even
no. dtd. 25.05.2010 ( Comml Cir. No. 26 of 2010.
This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Railway Board.
