(Commercial Circular No. 43 of 2000} Please refer to Board’s letter No. 99/TG.1/20/P dated 28.07.1999 regarding withdrawing the facility of editing charts. It has ‘been reported by Eastern Railway that consequent upon withdrawal of this facility they.are facing problem in accommodating the person belonging to the same family in one Cabin /Coach. The matter has been reviewed in Ministry of Railways and it has been decided that the facility of editing charts should be restored for Ist AC/First Class coaches. It should, however, be noted that MMI facility already available should be used to ensure that the editing facility is used sparingly when absolutely unavoidable. ! - i$ (O.P.
