Numerous requests have been received to allow passengers to retain
their tickets after the completion of journey in order to claim leave travel!
concession from their respective employers.

2. Board has examined the matter and decided that ticket collectors at exit
gates may hand over the tickets back to the passengers after proper nipping if
demanded for the purpose of LTC/Reimbursement of traveling expenses from
their employers.

3. This issues with the concurrence of Finance and Accounts Directorates of

Railway Board. ie 2.
