It has been reported that ticket checking staff manning reserved coaches
in
trains
do
not
check
travelling
authority
on
the
basis
of
which
Concessional/Zero Value Ticket has been issued.
Such slackness on the part of
ticket checking officials results in leakage of railway revenue and misuse of such
authorities.

in TIA
Conference
held
at
