Ministry of Railways have decided to authorize CCMs of Zonal Railways to decide whether to treat the GS Coaches as reserved or unreserved in special trains when spare rakes (not lie over rakes) are utilized. In case, GS Coaches are to be treated as reserved coaches they shall be booked through PRS system with applicable special fare. However, when they are treated as unreserved coaches, they may be booked through UTS system with normal charges for unreserved accommodation as " applicable for superfast Mail/Express trains. 2. All other terms and conditions for running of Suvidha trains; special trains on special charges shall remain unchanged. : 3. .
