The names of representatives of Members of Parliament/Union Ministers to be nominated .. on DRUCCs and ZRUCCs are being sent to all zonal railways as and when — the same are received from Minister for Railways. The names of the persons to be nominated under the category of ‘special interest’ shail be sent to zonal - railways as and when the same are received from the Minister for Railways. 2. . ..Ministry of Railways desire that the meetings of DRUCCs/ZRUCCs should not be withheld for want of the names of the pessons to be nominated on these committees under the. pacers प ‘Special Interest’ and the first meeting of these committees should be held as per provision-ef constitution of Users’ Consultative Committee. It 15 also desired that a time schedule for holding of the meetings of DRUCCs/ZRUCCs should be drawn and all efforts may be made to stick to this time schedule to the maximum extent feasible. ं 3. Station Consultative Committee and Sub-urban.
