COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO, 38 OF 2001 (Correction slip no.1 to the Commercial Ciroular 58 of 2000) Sub: New Catering policy Ref: Board’s letter No.97/TG.IN/600/ 12. Dated: 20.10.2000. 1 || The following corrections may be incorporated in the new catering policy dated: 20.10.2000, Correction Nod: Following new sub - para 6.2.(viii) which has already been coramunicater vide Board’s letter No.97/TG-IL/600/12 dated: 25.4.200] may be incorporated in the nev catering policy. . “In case. of an increase in the frequency of train services and/or extension of trains thi existing licensee should mange services on additional trip(s) and /or on extended portion Railway will correspondingly increase the Ilcencee fee in such cases,” Correction No. 2; In Para 15.2(vi), the words: * *as applicable from State to State for various minorities may be substituted with * the term minorities will include the communities, namely 1. Muslims 2. Christlans 3. Sikhs 4, Buddhists 5, Zoroastrians (Parsis) ; Correction No.3: Following new sub-para below the foonote of Para 15.2 should be incorporated: . a “For the purpose of allotment of catering units under reserved category mentioned herein above, the eligibility criteria 2s laid down in Para 15.1(a) to (c) shall be deomed to be desirable criteria and not an essential qualification. The candidates belonging to this category will be required to satisfy the competent authority that they have the necessary resources to set up and run the stall, In addition to the aforesaid, the applicant will produce a certificate from the appropriate authority regarding their status falling in reserved category,” | .
