GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) KRRK No.2007/TG-I/20/P/ARP New Delhi, dated 25 .04.2013 The Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways. _ (COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO. 34 OF 2013) Sub: Time limit for Advance Reservation. नर के के ने It has been decided that w.e.f. 01.05.2013, the existing time limit for advance reservations by trains will be reduced from 120 days to 60 days (excluding the date of journey) as mentioned below:- i. With effect from 01.05.2013, the ARP will be of 60 days (excluding the day of journey) and bookings will be done accordingly. | However, all the bookings done upto 30.04.2013 under the ARP of 120 days will remain intact. ii. Cancellations of the booking made beyond the ARP of 60 days will, however, be permitted. iii. There will be no change in the case of certain day time express trains like Taj Express, Gomti Express, etc. where lower time limits for advance reservations are at present in force. iv. There will also be no change in the case of limit of 360 days for Foreign Tourists. 2. Wide publicity through all possible means may iy given for information of general public. (Dr. S.K. (2013 का वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं. 34) विषय: अग्िम आरक्षण के fae समय-सीमा। यह विनिश्चिय किया गया है कि दिनांक 01.05.2013 से गाड़ियों में अग्रिम आरक्षण की मौजूदा समय-सीमा नीचे दिए गए अनुसार, 120 दिन से घटाकर 60 दिन (यात्रा की तारीख को छोड़कर) की जाएगी: - (ij) 01.05.2013 से एआरपी 60 दिन (यात्रा की तारीख को छोड़कर) की होगी और तदनुसार बुकिंग की जाएगी। बहरहाल, 120 दिन की एआरपी के तहत 30.04.2013 तक की गई सभी बुकिंग मान्य रहेंगी। (ii) . बहरहाल, 60 दिन की vad) से आगे बुकिंग को रद्द करने की अनुमति होगी। (ii) Tat के समय चलने वाली कुछ एक्सप्रेस गाड़ियों जैसे कि ताज एक्सप्रेस, . गोमती एक्सप्रेस आदि जिनमें इस समय afta आरक्षण की निम्नतर समय-सीमा लागू है, के मामले में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं किया जाएगा। (iv) विदेशी पर्यटकों के मामले में 360 दिन की सीमा में भी कोई परिवर्तन नहीं किया जाएगा। 2. आम जनता के सूचनार्थ सभी संभव साधनों से इसका व्यापक "| किया जाए। _ (डॉ.
