The matter has been examined and following instructions are issued in supersession of the instructions issued vide Board's letter of even number dated 14,1.05:- i} if additional passengers are eccommodated in single/doubietripie bed or AC room, the rent to be charged for the additional passenger should be half the charge payable o.g. if the rate of a double bed room is Rs. 400/-, the rate to be charged from a passenger has to pay i.e. half of Ra, 200/- 1.6. Ra. 100/-. Similarly ifthe charge for tiple bed room is Rs.600/-, Rs.100/- will be cherged for the additional passenger ii) Children above 12 years should also be charged in a similar ili) Additional peasengers may be accommodated within the facilities provided in the room as it may not be possible to provide additional bed However, the additional passengers accommodated may be provided pillows, bed sheets, bianket, towel, soep etc es ced et pe ely Dee था ना 8) " पथ 1 =2- dv}.
