Ministry of Railways have decided to introduce Amrit Bharat Trains with LHB coach based push pull arrangement having some special features like horizontal sliding windows, semi permanent coupler between coaches, dust sealed wider gangways, aerosol based fire suppression system in toilets and electrical cubicles, emergency disaster management light, floor guide fluorescent strips, bench type design for LWS coaches, segregation of reserved and unreserved coaches (with sliding doors), etc. 2. The fare structure of this train which will have second class and sleeper class coaches will be as follows:- 2.1. Fare table of the train is enclosed herewith. 2.2. Other charges like superfast surcharge, reservation fee, etc as applicable shall be levied separately. 2.3. Rounding off of fare shall be made as per existing principle. 2.4. Normal child fare rules shall apply. 2.5. Concessional tickets, tickets against free complimentary passes which are not reimbursed shall not be admissible in this train. 2.6. The eligibility of Privilege Pass/PTOs/Duty Pass etc for Railway employees shall be at par with eligibility in Mail/Express. 2.7. Booking of tickets against passes issued to Members of Parliament, Rail Travel Coupons (RTCs) issued to MLAs/MLCs and booking for Freedom fighters shall be permissible as they are fully reimbursed. 2.8. Defence warrants, Paramilitary warrants which have fully reimbursable fare will be eligible for exchange as per the actual fare 2.9.
