Sub: Modification in the Reservation Charts,
web

The existing format of reservation charts has been examined and it has:

been decided to revise this format as per sample enclosed, Other
indications/symbols which are being indicated on the chart for v

arious
purposes viz. type of ticket, NRF (No Refund) will continue to be displayed as
at present.

2. CRIS may make necessary modifications in the software and advise all
zonal Railways about the date of effect,

3. It is also desired that w.e.f from 15.05.2012, instead of tick mark (१) for
tumed up passengers and cross mark (x) for non turned up passengers being
indicated on the reservation charts by onboard ticket checking staff, now ‘O°
(denoting Occupied) for turned up and ‘NT’ for non turned up passengers will
be indicated on the reservation charts against the names of the passengers

4. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concemed accordingly.

आरक्षण चार्टों के मौजूदा फॉर्मेट कीं जांच की गई है और यह विनिश्चय किया गया है कि इस
फॉर्मेट को संलग्न नमूने के अनुसार संशोधित किया जाए। विभिन्न प्रयोजनों अर्थात्‌ टिकट की किस्म,
एनआरएफ (नो रिफंड) के लिए चार्ट पर दर्शाए जा रहे अन्य संकेत चिन्हों को वर्तमान की भांति दर्शाया
जाना जारी रखा जाएगा |

2. ... क्रिस द्वारा सॉफ्टवेयर में आवश्यक आशोधन किए जाएं और सभी क्षेत्रीय tot को इसे लागू
करने की तारीख के बारे में सूचित किया जाए।

3... यह भी वांछा को जाती है कि 15.05.2012 से ऑन-बोर्ड टिकट चैकिंग स्टाफ द्वारा आरक्षण
mel पर दर्शाए जाने वाले * आए यात्रियों" के लिए सही का निशान ( ४ ) और *न आए aa? के
लिए क्रॉस का निशान (X) लगाने को बजाए अब आरक्षण चार्टों पर यात्रियों के नाम के सामने
“आए यात्रियों' के लिए ‘ai? (ऑक्युपाइड सूचित किया जाए) और “न आए यात्रियों' के लिए *एनटी'

दर्शाया जाएगा।
