The entitlernent of High Official Requisition (HOR) holders when
travelling by Rail has been given in Annexure पर of IRCA Coaching Tariff No. 25 Part
(Volume 1), ae ee

It has came to the notice of the Board that sometimes thé number of
berths booked by Reservation Clerks In favour of HOR holders is more than thelr
entitlements. Board desire that the staff working. on the counters for Issuing
tickets against HOR. should be made fully conversant with the entitlement of HOR
holders as per Annexure 'F’ of IRCA Coaching Tariff referred ‘to abova, “A’copy of

> IRCA Coaching tariff No. 25 Part I (Volume 1) should always be available at these
ee counters. Any lapse on this account should be viewed serlously,
