Sub: Maintenance of Special-Cancellation Register in Reservation Offices
over Indian Railways:

Please refer to Board’s letter No. 95/ TG-I/20/P dated 15.11.1995 on the ,
subject quoted above. (Copy enclosed). During a preventive check conducted by
the Vigilance Directorate of Board’s Office it was found that the number of fresh
tickets issued after canceling the original. journey tickets is not mentioned in the
requisite register. ‘In absence’ of this information, it was impossible to ascertain the
validity of the reasons quoted for specially cancelling the tickets. ”

» WK Ministry of Railways desire that the-jnstructions contained in Board’s letter
dated 15.11.1995 referred to above may be reiterated to all concerned for strict
compliance.

देखें (प्रतिलिपि संलग्न). बोर्ड कार्यालय के संतर्कता निदेशालय द्वारा आयोजित निवीरक
जांच के दौरान, यह पाया गया कि मूल यात्रा टिकट रद्द करने के उपरांत जारी की गई नई
टिकटों की संख्या अपेक्षित रजिस्टर में उल्लिखित नहीं की जाती। यह सूचना उपलब्ध न
होने के कारण, टिकटों को विशेष रूप से रद्द करनें के उदघृत कारणों की वैधता क्रा पता
लगाना असंभव था। व

अंतर्विष्ट अनुदेश सभी संबंधित को कड़ाई से अनुपालन करने के लिए दोहराएं जाएं।
