The Principal Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways SUB: Provision of 5% discount on the total value of basic fare of PRS (reserved) counter ticket on booking of reserved counter through UPI (Unified Payment Interface) including BHIM application REF: Commercial Circular no. 16 of 2018 dated 09.03.2018 In partial modification in the above mentioned Commercial Circular, Ministry’ of Railways desire that provision of 5% discount on the total value of basic fare of PRS (reserved) counter ticket on payment through UP! (BHIM application) shall be implemented with effect from 02.04.2018 on an experimental basis for three months instead of 20.03.2018 2, CRIS shall ensure necessary changes in the software and arrangements for the above. 3, Ensure action accordingly and confirm. Wide publicity through different media may also be given.
