Commercial Circular No (दर Of 2022 Sub: Policy for implementation of ‘One Station One Product Scheme’ - Union budget announcement 2022-23. Ref: (i) Commercial Circular No 12/2022 dated 20.05.2022. (ii) Commercial Circular No.15/2022 dated 10.08.2022 The period of allotment of OSOP outlets, stipulated vide Commercial Circulars referenced above, has been further reviewed. The Competent Authority has accorded approval for delegation of powers to DRMs to decide the period of allotment of OSOP outlets upto a maximum of 3 months depending upon the prevailing local conditions/requirements. However, it is to be ensured that the basic foundation of the policy, 1.6. opportunity to all applicants and benefit of this scheme must reach the target groups as envisaged in Para 5 of the CC No. 12 of 2022, i.e those at the bottom of the pyramid, should be ensured. In such cases, the registration fee shall increase proportionately as stipulated in CC15 Of 2022. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Commercial Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
