Newspaper and packaged drinking water should also be served to the passengers of
Duronto Express trains (both AC Class and Non-AC class) on complimentary basis and it
would not become part of apportionment cost for catering on board. The norms and supply
of the above items will be same as that of Rajdhani/Shatabdi Express trains circulated vide
Board's letter No. 95/TG.III/631/5 dated 27.05.1999.
This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Railway Board.
