Sub: Web enabled complaint handling package.
The System of web enabled complaint handling has become
operational. You are also requested to get it operationalized on your Zonal
Railway. A.copy of the letter issued by Telecom directorate of Railway
Board to CSTEs is enclosed herewith. You may get in touch with Chief
Communication Engineer in case of any problem and get the same rectified.
The system should be operationalized in headquarters and in divisi
ons to
start with and then take up all A class stations. i \

list of ‘A?’ class Stations which would require LAN connectivity for proper
i Working of the subject software package. List of subsenbers along with their
locations requiring creation of Railnet accounts for working of this package
have already been advised vide Board’s earlier letters issued on the subject,

connectivity by way of extension of LAN at these Stations/locations with
respect to requirements Of LAN extenders and other hardware etc required for
the same .
