Sub: Rationalisation of flexi fare scheme in Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Duronto
trains.
Ref: 1. Commercial Circular no. 65 of 2018 dated 06.11.2018.
- 2. Commercial Circular no.22 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019
3. Commercial Circular no.56 of 2019 dated 11.11.2019

In partial modification of above instructions, Ministry of Railways have
decided to delegate power to PCCMs of Zonal Railways to implement graded
discount scheme in Rajdhani, Shatabdi & Duronto trains from 01 day to 04 days
prior to scheduled departure of train i.e (D-1 to D-4) instead of the existing D-4 (04
days} prior to scheduled departure of the train.

2. There shall be no change in others terms & conditions.
3. CRIS is requested to make necessary changes in the software
4. Receipt of this letter may be acknowledged. These instructions may also be

seen on the Indian Railways website- www.indianrailways.gov.in under the head
commercial circulars.

5. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry
of Railways
