ticket collector of the Commercia! Department or an officer of equivalent rank of
the Operating Department; or (ii) an officer not below the rank of Assistant Sub-
inspector of the Railway Protection Force who shall be competent to act under

सा.का.नि. 21(4).— sata सरकार, सिगरेट और अन्य
तम्बाकू उत्पाद (विज्ञापन का प्रतिषेध और व्यापार तथा वाणिज्य, उत्पादन,
wera और वितरण का विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2003 (2003 का 34)
की IR 25 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इसके द्वारा
Ci) वाणिज्य विभाग के ऐसे अधिकारी, जो टिकर संग्राहक की पंक्ति से
नीचे के न हों या परिचालन विभाग के समतुल्य पंक्ति के अधिकारी; या
(ii) रेल मंत्रालय के अधीन रेल सुरक्ष बल के ऐसे अधिकारी, जो
सहायक उप-निरीक्षक की पंवित से नीचे के न हों, को प्राधिकृत करती
है, जो sad अधिनियम के अधीन कार्रवाई करने के लिए सक्षम होंगे।

G.S.R. 21(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred
by Section 25 of the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products
(Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade
and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act,
2003 (No. 34 of 2003), the Central Government hereby
authorises, (i) an officer not below the rank of Ticket
Collector of the Commercia! Department or an Officer of
equivalent rank of the Operating Department; or (ii) an
officer not below the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector of
the Railway Protection Force in the Ministry of Railways
who shal! be competent to act under the said Act.
