Since IRCTC is a professional, technical organization of Ministry of Railways to-edvise the Railways, IRCTC should introduce a variety of a-la-carte ECTS. 4. ..- While granting the permission for selling a-la-carte items, the licence fee should be revised if considered necessary. 5. However, even after introduction of a-la-carte, it would be necessary to serve the standard breakfast and meats by all mobile and static units. 6. Frequent checks should also be conducted by Zonsl Railways to ensure that licensees do not serve the standard meals and charge for a-la-carte.
