Instructions were already issued vide Board's fetter No.2001/TG-V/19/1/Policy dated 19.2.2003 for playing only instrumental music in trains. A detailed exercise has been done ‘by & Director level Committee in Railway Board for laying down guidelines for zonal Kailways so as to assist in choosing the music for Rajdbani, Shatabdi and Jan Shatabdi Express trains. The train-wise details of music suggested with illustrative tides.are given-in- Annexure for all Rajdhani and Shatabdi Express trains. The time of the day and the region through which the train passes were kept in view while selecting the music. details. and should . be considered as guidelines when selecting music albums for any Rajdhani/Shatabdi Express trains 10 be introduced in future. The season may also be taken into nccount while selecting music. The zonal Railways may further supplement the titles to be played generally © conforming to the guidelines, The fist includes all pairs of Rajdhani/Shatabdi Express trains.
