Sub: Revision of advance reservation period for running of Suvidha trains
and special trains on special charges.
REF: 1. Commercial circular no. 30 of 2015 dated 21.05.2015.
2. Commmercilal circular no. 33 of 2015 dated 02.06.2015.
3. Commercial circular no. 40 of 2015 dated 01.07.2015
In reference of above, Ministry of Railways have decided to revise the Advance
Reservation Period for running of all Suvidha trains and Special trains on special
charges to 120 days.
It has also been decided that normal refund rule shall be applicable even in
Suvidha trains.
The above shall be implemented w.e.f 15.01.2018 on an experimental basis for
six months.
_ All other terms and conditions for running of Special trains on special charges
and Suvidha trains shall remain same.
Ensure action accordingly and confirm.
This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of
Railways. CO
