First sentence of the Sub- para (b) of Para 5.2.1 of Board's circular
dated 12.10.2004 reads as :
"For 'B' and 'c'
Categorystations, minimum licence fee will be
levied at the rate of 2.5 % on the sales turnover subject to a minimum of

It may be now read as under:
"For 'B' and 'c'
category stations, minimum licence fee will be
levied at the rate of 2.5 % on the sales turnover subject to a minimum of
