Reference East Coast Railway’s letter No.CCM/24/12278/Pt-I/599 dated 24.12.2012 on the above subject. 2. Ministry of Railway’s approval is given to East Coast Railway’s following proposals :- i. Advancing the conversion date of 12278/12277(Puri-HWH-Puri) Duronto Exp. to Shatabdi type from 02.04.2013 to 08.02.2013. ii. Exemption of already booked passengers of this train from payment of differential fare from 8.2.13 to 2.4.13. 3, This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways. . 4, Wide publicity regarding change in the status of the above mentioned train may kindly be done through various media.
